Besides the very low mainteinace costs, the high efficency and the guarantee of neither scale accumulation nor bacterial contamination of the cooling fluid, many others are the features that make our DRY COOLERS suitable for all the needs and requirements:

 |
The COILS are manufactured with high efficiency Aluminium fins and either OVAL Copper tubes (Energy Saving dry coolers) or standard 5/8" round Copper tubes.
Thanks to the efforts made by our R&D team, the undoubtful advantages that come from the use of the oval tubes in the heat exchangers are now applied to the finned coils made with Copper tubes and Aluminium fins: in the same working conditions the capacity can be up to 15% higher than the one achievable with exchangers built with traditional coil geometries.
The longitudinal supporting beams are made in galvanised steel, whilst to avoid the risk that the Copper pipes would be cut due to vibrations and thermal expansion, all the transverse reinforcements are in Aluminium.
All the exchangers are equipped with EN standard stainless steel floating flanges. The coils are degreased, cleaned and tested at the pressure of 16 bar with dry air.

All the CASINGS are modular and built in galvanised steel, powder painted RAL9002 and corrosion resistant. The modular and strong structure made in steel assures rigidity and stability also in the worst working conditions. Execution and dimensions have been engineered to fit with the sizes required for the common land transportation and to resist to any possible mishandling.
The FAN SHROUDS are designed to eliminate the air backflow, so granting the highest efficiency combined with the lowest noise.
All the FAN GUARDS respond to the most severe European safety standards.
|
 |
The AXIAL FANS mounted can be either the standard three-phase (400V 50Hz) or mono-phase (230V 50Hz) thermally protected, life-lubricated, statically and dynamically balanced ones, or alternatively the new EC AXIAL FANS that can assure top performances combined with very low power consumption and noise.
|
 |
All the electric components are certificated to respect the most severe European safety standards.
|
The DRY COOLERS are commonly used in the refrigeration and A/C fields (water cooling and free cooling) and in all those industrial processes that require the cooling of water or mixtures of different fluids.
Standard capacity specification according to ENV 1048
The capacity of our DRY COOLERS is tested at:

Ambient Temperature (TE) = 25°C

Inlet Fluid Temperature (TWE) = 40°C

Outlet Fluid Temperature (TWU) = 35°C

Refrigerant: water
Test and safety
Several electrical and functional tests are made to assure the compliance of the DRY COOLERS and all their components to the following safety norms:

- Directive 89/336 CE and subsequent modifications. Electromagnetic compatibility.

- Directive 97/23 CE (PED conditions) and national implementing legislation.

- Revised Directive 73/23 CE. Low tension.

- EN 294 Fan guards.
